Orbit Homes achieves double Gold & Outstanding in customer satisfaction awards

Orbit Homes has won two Gold Awards and the highly prized Outstanding Achievement Award for customer satisfaction for the second year running. Run by specialist market research company, In-house Research Ltd, the independent awards are based on feedback from customers six weeks after they have moved into their new home.

In the 2020 research, market sale and shared ownership customers awarded Orbit Homes Gold Awards, with over 90% of customers saying they would recommend the housebuilder to their friends. Orbit Homes also received the Outstanding Achievement accolade from its rental customer base having achieved a net promoter score over 65, placing the organisation in the top 10% of companies measured.

Commenting on the awards, Group Director of Orbit Homes, Helen Moore said: “I’m incredibly proud of these results. To win these awards for two consecutive years is a real endorsement of our commitment to delivering outstanding service for all our customers, regardless of tenure.

In the last eighteen months we have launched our new brand: Your Place to Thrive, committed to RoSPA’s Safer by Design gold standard for all new homes, and made significant investment in our design standards and specification. Later this year we will complete this picture with the launch of our new housetypes to ensure that the quality of our new homes and developments is sector leading.”
