Orbit Homes has appointed Jon Love to the role of Construction Director for Orbit Homes South.
Announcing the appointment, Orbit Homes Managing Director, Helen Moore, said: “I’m delighted that Jon is joining the team. Jon has extensive experience delivering projects of every scale and, having worked with him in recent years, I know that his fresh ideas and new perspective will support us as we look to build more homes and communities, and further develop our multi-tenure offering.”
Bringing a wealth of construction and regeneration experience, including Berkley’s major regeneration schemes Royal Arsenal in Woolwich and Gun Wharf Keys in Portsmouth, Jon joins from City & Country where he was Construction Director overseeing the refurbishment and renovation of multiple heritage projects.
Jon commented: “After over 30 years in the construction industry, I’m delighted to be joining Orbit. It is a great business with a strong reputation and leadership, and one which is really embracing new building techniques and land-led development.”

Prior to joining Orbit, Jon held positions at City & Country, Berkeley, Wilmott Dixon and Barratt Homes.
