Orbit Homes, part of not-for-profit housing group Orbit, has earned the Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction from In-house Research for the 10th consecutive year.
In-house Research, a leading specialist in measuring customer satisfaction in the new homes industry, determine the annual awards based on feedback independently gathered from customers after they move into their new homes.
The awards focus on key areas throughout the homebuying journey including customer satisfaction with communications during the buying process, the condition of new homes at handover, how housebuilders deal with any defects and whether customers would recommend their housebuilder to others.
Market sale, shared ownership and rental customers surveyed in the last year recognised Orbit Homes for its support during both the purchasing and moving in stages, with customers particularly highlighting their happiness with home demonstrations on handover and the fact they were made to feel special and valued by Orbit Homes.
Over 90% of customers surveyed said they would recommend Orbit Homes to a friend and the survey also showed that Orbit Homes achieved a Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 83.
