We’re delighted to announce that our Sales and Marketing team has shortlisted for ‘Best Sales and Marketing team’ in the Inside Housing Development Awards 2017.
The awards celebrate the best residential development across the UK from the past year, recognising schemes, teams and solutions.
The Sales and Marketing team was shortlisted following record year-end sales results for shared ownership have sold 529 homes, up 55 per cent on the previous year. The market sales division of Orbit, currently rated a 4 star builder/developer by the Home Builders Federation, produced a further 207 legal completions resulting in a revenue increase of 20% against the previous year.
Orbit has increased its market share of properties over the last year making properties available in both rural and urban locations. All sales tenures are in demand across its geography. By understanding its markets, the needs and desires of its diverse customers, the teams have been able to achieve record sales.
The winners of the Inside Housing Development Awards 2017 will be announced at a black-tie ceremony at London’s prestigious Hurlingham Club, Fulham on Thursday 23 November.
