Since the Grenfell Tower block fire incident we have continued to manage all enquiries, including those from the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), local authorities, partners, lenders and media through our dedicated team.

We have been out and visited all of our blocks, reassuring our customers and undertaking visual inspections.  For the next few weeks we will continue to visit our high rise tower blocks to assure customers that Fire Risk Assessments are in place and answer any questions they have.

We can now confirm that, upon inspection, none of our blocks, three storeys and above with cladding, contain aluminium composite material (ACM), as believed to be used at Grenfell Tower.

We have confirmed our offer of support to Kensington and Chelsea London Borough Council and Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO) via the NHF.

All enquiries from customers and stakeholders should be directed to Colette.Flattery@orbit.org.uk and Lee.Loftus@orbit.org.uk to co-ordinate responses.
