Orbit Homes is celebrating after achieving two top independent customer service awards.

Orbit Homes is celebrating after achieving two top independent customer service awards.

It has been presented with the 2020 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction and the Outstanding Achievement Award by In-House Research.

The awards are based on independent satisfaction survey results which are carried out with customers six weeks after they move in to their new home.

Helen Moore, Managing Director at Orbit Homes, said: “After the surveys are carried out independently by In-House Research, the results are benchmarked against 200 regional business from 80 housebuilders and housing providers. Our results placed us in the top 10% of the survey, which is an excellent achievement and thoroughly endorses our approach to customer care.”

In-House Research was founded as a specialist research and consultancy business focusing on the new build and construction industry. Tom Weston Chief Executive of In-House Research, added: “This demonstrates a clear understanding of the customer journey and recognises Orbit Homes’ continued focus on the delivery of a fantastic customer experience.”

Orbit Homes develops houses across all tenures in the Midlands, East and South East of England. Over the next ten years it aims to build 20,00 homes, of which 65% will be affordable.
