In May this year, Graham, 68, moved into his new Orbit shared ownership home at St Anne’s Quarter in Norwich.
Graham had previously owned six different properties and prior to St Anne’s, he lived in a sheltered retirement apartment in Norwich. However, after budgeting for a shared ownership deposit he began looking at properties in Norwich city centre.
