We are one of the leading builders of new affordable homes for rent and shared ownership in the UK. We seek to provide sector leading homes that delight our customers, through a genuinely tenure blind approach to design, layout, specification and customer experience, ensuring that we create homes and communities that our customers love with all the support they need throughout the process.

Our developments range from small schemes in rural villages, through to large urban regeneration projects across the Midlands, East and the South East.

We build a variety of homes from one bedroom apartments through to larger family homes.  Our strategic partnership with Homes England has helped support our 2030 Strategy commitment to deliver 5,700 new homes by 2030.

Our developments include a mix of tenures, including market sale, shared ownership and social rent homes to ensure we create balanced and sustainable communities that will flourish. 

We recognise that buying or moving into a new home can be very daunting and that is why our highly trained and approachable team of Sales Consultants are on hand to explain the process and support our customers every step of the way. We also provide a dedicated Customer Care team who proactively deal with any queries or issues once our customers move into their new home.

We are therefore proud to have been awarded the renown 5* Housebuilder accolade by the Home Builders Federation in 2024, as well as the Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction from In-house Research for housebuilders with a Net Promoter Score of 70 or above. These independent awards are based on feedback from customers six weeks after they have moved into their new home and, in 2024, over 95% of our customers would recommend us to a friend.

Launched in 2023, our exciting new 'Building Buddies' educational programme, gives primary school children first-hand insight into how homes are built.

Children aged 7 to 11 are invited to experience a hands-on site visit, where they can develop their knowledge and skills by safely exploring the site, speaking to our Orbit Homes development team, learning the importance of health and safety, and discover how brand-new houses are constructed and the exciting careers in housebuilding. Children also have the opportunity to build a home of their own, with a special 3D model house, whilst teachers can also download a support pack and classroom resources.
